Thanks to so many of you who were kind enough to leave positive feedback about my new ‘do. I think I will get used to it soon enough :)
I thought it would be interesting to take a look back at how I have changed in the past 8 years or so. Following is a progression of school pictures taken each year since I began teaching in 1999. I didn’t scan last year’s photo and this year’s has not been taken yet. Its so weird to look at these photos because I don’t think I look anything like the first five. Apparently I had some major hair issues…perms, blonde….and very unflattering styles that emphasized my round face.
This prompted me to look through my different profile pictures taken every couple of months over the past 2 1/2 years.
Hair style makes a big difference, doesn’t it?? Not to mention the angle of the camera. I was actually much thinner at the beginning of these photos, but you’d never know it by the roundness of my face and terrible hair. Hopefully I am the type of woman who just keeps looking better with age!

love the perm action going on back in the day…that is neat you did that i wonder if i can find pics and do that….my hair changes with the wind…not only color but styles too…short to super short to medium to long back to short…lol
