I was told to check out the Hula Hut while in Austin and I am so glad that I did! This place is totally cool!
Hula Hut is located on Lake Austin, just west of downtown. Lake Austin is actually part of the Colorado River that is dammed up. No doubt it is big $$$$ to live in one of these houses overlooking the lake!
They have the best fish tacos, I highly recommend them (especially if you pile on the fresh homemade salsa)
So that's the Hula Hut!

Texas + Hawaiian + Mexican . . . that is quite the combo, but it sure looks good! And, BTW, so do you . . . have you lost weight?

Thanks Nicole….but I sure haven't lost any weight here in Texas, I have been eating terribly… all on the company's buck! Got to take advantage while I can, teachers don't get trips like this very often!!
but yeah, I have somehow managed to lose like 30 + lbs in the past 1 1/2 years
