I was told by several people that while I was in Austin, one of the things I needed to do was check out Lake Travis and The Oasis some night during the sunset. The Oasis is a restaurant that sits high up on the cliffs overlooking Lake Travis, just west of Austin in the hill country. I had been trying to check out the Oasis for over a week but the weather wasn't cooperating for a decent sunset. Finally last Monday night I had a nice night to check it out, so I went out there by myself for dinner and to see the sunset. Here are a few of the pics….
